Role Description
The Chef De Partie - Chinese Wok will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Asian dishes, with a focus on wok-based preparations. This is a full-time, on-site position for a pre-opening restaurant located in Surat. Key responsibilities include ensuring culinary excellence, maintaining hygiene standards, and working closely with the team to enhance the overall dining experience. Collaboration with other kitchen staff and maintaining a high level of efficiency in the kitchen are crucial aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cooking, Culinary Skills, and expertise in Chinese Wok preparation
- Strong Food Preparation skills and in-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine
- Thorough understanding and adherence to Hygiene standards
- Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration and coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- Culinary certification or relevant training will be an added benefit
