We’re Hiring | CDP & Commis Team | Sketch – An Artful Escape | Panchkula
We are building Sketch – An Artful Escape, a high-end, 90-seater fine-dining restaurant in Sector 5, Panchkula.
Our culinary direction blends Modern Indian cuisine with artistic plating, built on a strong North Indian foundation and complemented by curated Continental & Pan Asian offerings.
We are currently expanding our Phase 1 kitchen team for the following roles:
• Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian & Continental Cuisine
• Commis 1 & Commis 3 – Indian Curry, Tandoor, Continental & Pan Asian
Kitchen Overview:
A fully equipped, brand-new kitchen designed for multi-cuisine execution, featuring premium infrastructure including combi ovens, planetary mixers, cold room, and advanced prep systems.
What We’re Looking For:
CDP – Indian & Continental
• Strong section management and production control
• Experience in fine-dining or premium multi-cuisine kitchens
• Ability to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Commis 1 & Commis 3
• Hands-on experience in Indian Curry, Tandoor, Continental, or Pan Asian cuisine
• Understanding of prep planning, hygiene, and kitchen discipline
• Ability to work efficiently during live service
• Passion for learning and growing within a professional kitchen environment
