Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in the Greater Kolkata Area. As a Chef De Partie, you will oversee a designated kitchen station, ensure the preparation of high-quality dishes, and maintain optimal food presentation standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising junior kitchen staff, quality checking ingredients, collaborating with the culinary team on menu development, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent service and fostering a positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian cuisine preparation and culinary techniques, including baking, grilling, and sautéing
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for creating innovative dishes while respecting traditional flavors
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
