Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team on a full-time basis. This on-site role, based in Kozhikode, involves overseeing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring the timely and high-quality preparation of dishes, and upholding hygiene and safety standards. The Chef De Partie will collaborate with other chefs, direct their team in executing recipes, and contribute to menu development. Additional responsibilities include monitoring supply inventories, training junior staff, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in culinary skills, cooking techniques, and food preparation
- Demonstrated ability in menu development, recipe execution, and plating presentation
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Awareness and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Effective team leadership, training, and collaboration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards
- Culinary certification or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
