Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef De Partie role located in Bengaluru. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation consistency, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to health and safety standards. The role involves assisting the Head Chef in menu development, supervising junior kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
- Experience in menu development and knowledge of diverse cuisines
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff and manage kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
