Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Chef de Cuisine (Head Chef) for a leading restaurant and hospitality project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in authentic Italian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Prepare and oversee authentic Italian cuisine with consistent quality and presentation.
- Develop seasonal menus and introduce innovative dishes.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Monitor food costing, inventory, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Work closely with restaurant management to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef.
- Strong expertise in authentic Italian cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with HACCP and international food safety standards.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for a long-term opportunity.
Salary: SAR 7,500 – 8,500 (Food Allowance Included)
Work Schedule: 08 Hours per Day | 06 Days per Week
