Role Description
As the Chef de Cuisine – Asian, you will oversee the culinary operations at KOYO KOYO, the hotel’s Pan Asian restaurant and bar. This full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh requires leadership in menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen management, while ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, managing food costs, and leading a team of culinary professionals with innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in mind. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage team to enhance the restaurant's reputation and align with Hyatt Centric's distinguished standards.

- Expertise in Asian cuisine preparation, culinary techniques, and menu development
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain operational efficiency
- Experience in working at luxury hotels or fine-dining establishments
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
