Position: Chef – North Indian Cuisine
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
🏠 Work Location: Cloud Kitchen
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic North Indian dishes as per the kitchen menu and quality standards.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, plating, and daily orders.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Follow proper hygiene and food safety practices.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimise food wastage.
- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency across orders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Chef/Cook.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine.
- Experience in a cloud kitchen, restaurant, or QSR is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Preferred
Candidates with experience in high-volume food preparation or cloud kitchen operations will be preferred.
