Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef, based in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. The Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare high-quality meals following Toreta’s health-focused guidelines, and ensure adherence to hygiene standards. Responsibilities also include menu planning, maintaining ingredient inventory, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. The Chef will contribute to creating innovative recipes that align with Toreta’s philosophy of providing healthy, preservative-free meals.
Expectations:
- Indian or Continental Cuisine
- Menu Engineering
- Good with team building
- Proficiency in cooking techniques and recipe development
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience in inventory management and kitchen organization
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of health-focused meal preparation and ingredient selection
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
