Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef position based in Prayagraj. The Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, create innovative menus, manage food preparation, and maintain high culinary standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring ingredient quality, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Collaboration with the management team to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of the role. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and menu development
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Creativity in developing and innovating recipes with an emphasis on fresh and sustainable ingredients
- Culinary certification or equivalent professional training is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
