About the Role
We are looking for an In-House Chef who goes beyond cooking — someone who can build, experiment, and execute across multiple F&B concepts. This role sits at the intersection of culinary, operations, and business, working closely with founders, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life inside our experience studio.
Key Responsibilities• Design and develop menus aligned with different concepts and cuisines
• Set up kitchens from scratch — planning workflow, equipment usage, and efficiency
• Create and implement SOPs for consistency and scalability
• Conduct live demos, workshops, and product trials within the studio
• Collaborate with restaurant owners, founders, and consultants on projects
• Support hiring, training, and onboarding of kitchen teams
• Test and validate F&B concepts before execution
• Work closely with design & equipment teams to optimize kitchen performance
