Job Title: Chef – All Levels
We are looking for a disciplined and reliable Chef who can handle kitchen operations and deliver consistent food quality in a high-volume setup.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food with consistency in taste and quality
- Handle a kitchen section independently (Grill / Tandoor / Curry / etc.)
- Manage mise en place, plating, and portion control
- Work closely with the team during service
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI)
- Support and guide junior staff when required
- Monitor stock and minimize wastage
- Maintain discipline and follow kitchen SOPs
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in bulk cooking / high-volume kitchens
- Strong hands-on cooking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
