We’re a startup founded by serial entrepreneurs (last venture valued at ₹200 Cr), now launching a modern food company building scalable culinary brands through cloud kitchens and high-footfall kiosks, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences.
Driven by innovation and strong operations, we specialize in bold, authentic flavors with a core focus on international cuisines.
What you’ll do:
• Create and crack new-age Biryani recipes (Indian + Middle Eastern focus)
• Experiment with flavors, textures & finishing techniques
• Standardize recipes for scale without losing soul
• Work directly with founders on menu innovation
Who you are:
• Culinary graduate / up to 2 years experience
• A self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions
• Obsessed with flavor, detail, and experimentation
• Thinks beyond traditional — but respects it
