Role Description
We are hiring a Chef–Product Innovation role with Snackfax that combines product development and culinary innovation. The Chef will be responsible for conceptualising and developing new food products, staying ahead of global culinary trends, and collaborating with teams to bring creative ideas to life. Key responsibilities include recipe development, taste and texture refinement, and ensuring alignment with industry-standard food safety and quality protocols. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Recipe Development, Food Science, and Product Formulation
- Knowledge of Culinary Trends and Food Styling
- Experience with Food Safety Standards and Quality Control
- Strong Research and Development capabilities in the food industry
- Ability to innovate within budget constraints and align with company goals
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a product innovation or culinary R&D role
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field is preferred
