This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a **CDP – Bakery** specializing in artisanal and specialty breads.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate bread baker with hands-on experience in sourdough, milk breads, and other specialty breads. The ideal candidate understands fermentation, dough development, and artisanal baking techniques, and can take ownership of the bread section while maintaining consistency and quality.

About You:
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a professional bakery, specializing in breads
* Hands-on experience with sourdough breads, natural fermentation, and starter maintenance
* Experience in making milk breads (shokupan, brioche-style breads, etc.)
* Knowledge of specialty breads such as multigrain, rye, ciabatta, focaccia, baguettes, and other artisan loaves
* Strong understanding of fermentation, proofing, hydration levels, and baking science
* Ability to manage daily bread production schedules independently
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and presentation
* Solid understanding of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and managing the bread section in the bakery
* Preparing and baking sourdough, milk breads, and specialty artisan breads
* Maintaining and nurturing sourdough starters
* Overseeing dough preparation, fermentation control, shaping, proofing, and baking
* Ensuring consistency, quality control, and proper portioning
* Assisting in inventory management and maintaining proper storage standards
* Training and guiding junior team members when required
* Contributing ideas for new bread varieties and seasonal specials
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organization, and food safety
