Skills

Deep Knowledge of Quantum Security Gateways – deployment, configuration and Troubleshooting
Good knowledge of MDS and MLM– deployment, configuration and Troubleshooting
Good knowledge of Site-2-site IPsec VPN– deployment, configuration and Troubleshooting
Good knowledge of Remote Access VPN– deployment, configuration and Troubleshooting

Expectations from RE

Strong technical skills and relevant domain expertise suitable for Infosys infra.
Experience with MDS/MLM and troubleshooting
Availability for support whenever required, including outside standard working hours.
Weekend support may be needed based on Critical/P1 activities.
Serve as the primary technical contact for Checkpoint issues and provide support to our team.
Actively assist in troubleshooting all Checkpoint-related issues.
Take full ownership of issues until resolution, including daily engagement with our team.
Raise TAC requests as needed and work with TAC/R&D teams to escalate and resolve critical issues promptly.
Document solutions, create knowledge base articles and share insights with our team.
Conduct health checks, performance tuning, upgrade planning, EOS replacements, internal security team finding closure along with team and hotfix installations.
Provide guidance on best practices, configuration optimization, and security posture improvements as per Infosys standards.
Support automation of daily administrative tasks to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Share daily updates on completed tasks, ongoing initiatives and efforts to enhance security controls.
Explain new Checkpoint features to the team and implement them in our infra to enhance security controls.
