We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Check-in Executives. Job Overview: As a Check-in Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our passengers at the airport. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our airline. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate
  • Assist passengers with their luggage and guide them to the appropriate check-in counter
  • Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes
  • Handle special requests and provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
  • Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
  • Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and timely check-in process
  • Handle any issues or complaints from passengers with patience and professionalism
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff
  • Keep the check-in area clean and organized at all times Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage if required
