Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Job Description: As a Check-in & Boarding Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for all passengers. Your duties will include:
- Greeting passengers and providing friendly and professional customer service
- Checking passengers in for their flights and issuing boarding passes
- Assisting passengers with baggage check-in and tagging
- Verifying travel documents and ensuring compliance with airline and government regulations
- Communicating flight information and updates to passengers
- Assisting passengers with special needs or requests
- Boarding passengers onto the aircraft in an organized and timely manner
- Handling any customer inquiries or issues and providing solutions
- Collaborating with other airport staff and airlines to ensure a seamless airport experience for passengers Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of airline and airport procedures is an asset
- Fluency in English and local language is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
