Job Description: Bluespirit, a leading airport service provider in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Check-in & Boarding Executive. As a Check-in & Boarding Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for our passengers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a friendly and professional service
• Verify passengers' travel documents and ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations
• Process check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags
• Provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and passengers with disabilities
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers
• Monitor boarding gates and assist passengers with boarding procedures
• Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of passenger check-in and boarding activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times
• Assist in other airport duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
