Job Title: Branch Manager in Training
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time, flexible shifts, open availability required (6:30 AM – 11:30 PM, including weekends, evenings, holidays)

Check City is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of branch operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive consistent sales and customer service excellence. This role requires a strong leader who can balance operational management, team development, and revenue growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch performance to achieve or exceed sales, service, and profitability goals
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and overall branch execution
- Develop, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent while building future leaders
- Monitor KPIs, analyze reports, and implement performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns professionally
- Maintain strong branch presentation and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Required:
- Progressive management experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong background in sales-driven or customer-facing environments
- Proven ability to manage teams, meet performance goals, and drive results
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Retail, financial services, or multi-unit leadership experience
- Experience with budgeting, KPIs, and performance management systems
- Background in coaching, training, and employee development
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
