Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chatbot Developer based in Kerala, India. The Chatbot Developer will design, develop, and maintain chatbot systems to enhance user interaction and automation processes. Responsibilities include implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, coding and deploying chatbot solutions, testing for accuracy and reliability, and optimizing performance while staying updated with advancements in chatbot technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chatbot Development, including experience building conversational applications
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its application in chatbot solutions
- Experience with Programming, including knowledge of relevant languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Background in Software Development and familiarity with development lifecycles and frameworks
- Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques and implementing them to enhance chatbot capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Experience with chatbot platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
