Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chatbot Developer based in Thrissur, with the possibility of partial work from home. The Chatbot Developer will design, develop, and optimize chatbot solutions incorporating natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies. Responsibilities will include writing and testing code, integrating chatbots into various platforms, maintaining software, and staying updated on advancements in conversational AI technologies to enhance user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience above 3 years
- Proficiency in Chatbot Development and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong knowledge of Programming and Software Development
- Experience with Machine Learning and AI algorithms
- Ability to analyze user needs and translate them into functional chatbot solutions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with chatbot development platforms and frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience is a plus
