Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chatbot Developer located in Thrissur. The Chatbot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining chatbot applications using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and programming skills. Day-to-day tasks include creating conversational flows, integrating machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing chatbot performance to enhance user experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chatbot Development and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong Programming and Software Development skills
- Experience with Machine Learning technologies and their applications in chatbot systems
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and frameworks is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment
- Previous experience in chatbot development or similar roles is a plus
