Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python development (primary programming language)
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment
- End-to-end development experience in Google Dialogflow CX, including conversational design and deployment
- Experience working with Dialogflow CX Playbooks and conversation flow orchestration
- Proven expertise in building both Chatbot and Voicebot (IVR / Speech-based) solutions
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including:
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
