We’re building a world-class go-to-market team and looking for a Founding SDR to help create a repeatable outbound engine from the ground up.
The role
As our Founding SDR, you’ll work closely with our CEO and Founding Account Executive to generate pipeline from high-intent accounts and help define how outbound should work at Chatbase.
This is not a “follow the script” SDR job. You’ll be experimenting with messaging, learning what resonates, and helping shape our ICP and outbound playbook.
What you'll do
Generate qualified pipeline through value-driven outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Target ICP accounts and build thoughtful prospecting lists (not spray-and-pray)
Run first-touch discovery to understand customer workflows and pain points
Maintain clean CRM hygiene and track outbound results (reply rates, meetings, pipeline)
You are
1–3+ years in an SDR / BDR / outbound role (B2B SaaS preferred)
Highly driven and competitive, but also curious and thoughtful
Comfortable working fast in ambiguity and taking ownership
