Position : Customer Support Executive
(Domestic/international Voice Process)
Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice – Work from Office) (Freshers are also welcome)
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 18)
Shift: 17k - 30k in hand fixed

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow company processes and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation Mandatory (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to work in a 6-day rotational shift environment
