Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Chat Support Representative. The representative will be responsible for providing prompt and professional assistance to customers via chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
  • Technical Support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills to clearly and professionally interact with customers in written and verbal formats.
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer issues and determine the best course of action for resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Prior experience in a chat support or related role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools or ticketing systems is a plus.
