📌 Role Overview
We are looking for a Chat Support Intern who will connect with property owners via chat platforms, collect accurate property details, and support our lead generation process.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Initiate and manage conversations with property owners via chat (WhatsApp, portals, etc.)
Collect key property details (location, rent, availability, features, owner preferences)
Ask structured questions to ensure complete and accurate information
Maintain organized records of collected data
Coordinate with internal sales team for lead follow-ups
Ensure professional and respectful communication
✅ Requirements
Strong written communication skills (English required, Hindi preferred)
Basic understanding of customer interaction and chat etiquette
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely
💰 Compensation
Performance-based payment
Interns will receive ₹200 per successfully converted lead
Conversion is defined as a lead that is successfully closed by the sales team based on the data provided
