Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Support Executive, located in Rohini. The Chat Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate and swift responses via live chat, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, performing administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring proper phone etiquette when required, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for delivering professional and clear responses to customer inquiries
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills for managing daily support processes and coordinating tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills for data entry, documentation, and multitasking
- Ability to collaborate and problem-solve in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
