Join Transcom as a Chat Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you will assist customers with mobile telephony services, subscription-related queries, prepaid services, and more—while also identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions via chat in a professional and timely manner • Assist customers with:
o Mobile telephony services
o Subscription and prepaid-related queries
o Billing and invoice concerns
o Basic troubleshooting
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction • Perform needs analysis to understand customer requirements
• Drive upselling and cross-selling through personalized recommendations • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to processes
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Excellent written & Verbal communication skills in English • Strong typing and comprehension skills
• Candidates from International Telecom domain will be preferred • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
Preferred:
• Prior experience in customer service / chat / sales process
