Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist (Chat Sales)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (including graveyard shifts)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Experience Specialist (Chat Sales) to engage with US-based customers through real-time chat and drive sales conversions. The role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to handle multiple chat interactions efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously and convert inquiries into sales
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and Average Order Value (AOV)
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric communication style aligned with US standards
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-intent customers
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Assist customers with product-related queries and basic troubleshooting
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC or above (Graduation preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Chat Sales / Inside Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts (including graveyard shifts)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
