Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chat and Voice Support Specialist based in Gurugram. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries via both chat and voice channels, offering exceptional service while addressing customer needs and resolving issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, troubleshooting technical or service-related problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. Close collaboration with team members and adherence to company guidelines is essential to delivering quality support.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for both chat and voice-based customer interactions
- Expertise in customer service, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Efficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working in high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, including the ability to input accurate data and maintain records
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems, software tools, and CRM platforms
- Interpersonal skills for providing empathetic and professional customer support in a collaborative team setting
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage
- Flexibility in adapting to dynamic work environments and shift schedules
