Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for Chat and Voice Process. The role involves engaging with customers via chat and voice platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include providing prompt responses, delivering excellent customer service, meeting quality and productivity benchmarks, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The employee will work in collaboration with the team to maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Graduate and Under Graduate both can apply.
- Minium 6 Months Experience is Required.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and engage with clients through chat and voice.
- Analytical Skills to solve problems and improve service quality efficiently.
- Competency in Business Process Improvement and Training to enhance workflow and support team development.
- Proficiency in managing time effectively and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and processes as required.
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
