🔧 Internship | Chassis & Vehicle Design | May–June 2026
📍 Hybrid (Partial On-site, Punjab) | ₹10,000–₹20,000/month | 2 Months
We are working on light electric vehicle platform development and chassis retrofitting for mobility use cases inside closed campuses.
Looking for a hands-on engineering intern to contribute to real-world vehicle design, structural development, and fabrication execution.
🚀 What you'll work on:
• CAD modelling of a modified vehicle chassis (front axle integration, cross members, steering system mounts, body frame)
• Basic structural analysis — load paths, weld joints, member sizing
• Preparing fabrication-ready 2D drawings with dimensions
• Bill of Materials (BOM) and component sourcing
• On-ground exposure: review fabrication progress (Punjab visits as required)
🎯 Eligibility:
• B.Tech / M.Tech — Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
• Working knowledge of CAD tools: SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of chassis design, vehicle geometry, or machine design
• Bonus: exposure to FEA (ANSYS/Simscale), EV projects, go-karts, or workshops
• Self-driven — this is a build-focused role, not just simulation
