Location : Baner Pune
- Design, integration, and validation of pneumatic systems including multi‑circuit brake air systems, air‑suspension pneumatics, air‑supply units, valves, and actuator modules for heavy commercial vehicles.
- Lead cross‑functional coordination with chassis, braking, electrical, and powertrain teams to ensure seamless pneumatic‑system interfaces in line with MAN/TRATON engineering practices.
- Define pneumatic circuits, pressure levels, flow characteristics, diagnostic strategies, and control‑layer interactions with EBS/ESC and chassis controllers.
- Perform packaging and installation studies for pneumatic components, ensuring feasibility in complex chassis environments and across shared TRATON platforms.
