Specific / Key Duties of the Position
1 Lead chassis model development and project execution as CHA Project Leader, ensuring milestone achievement.
2 Design and validate chassis systems using CATIA V5, engineering calculations, and CAE tools in compliance with Honda standards and regulations.
3 Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to achieve feasibility, quality, cost, and timing targets.
4 Promote continuous improvement through design optimization, quality enhancement, and engineering process efficiency initiatives
5 Identified project risks and implemented mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
6 Drive technical decision making through design reviews and feasibility assessments.
Special Requirement
Strong expertise in 2W vehicle packaging, root cause-based problem solving, design validation, and cross-functional project management.
Functional Skills
1 Hands on experience in Brakes, Suspension, Wheels, Steering systems.
2 Strong understanding of component manufacturing processes (Sheet metals, Die Cast, Welding, Plastics) to incorporate into designed product
3 Proficient in engineering drawing creation and interpretation, with sound knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and drawing quality standards
