</div><div><strong>Position Overview</strong></div><div>We are seeking a motivated and reliable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This position is fully remote, providing clinical services via telehealth to support clients and their families.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Productivity Incentive</strong></div><div>Contractor may be eligible for additional compensation based on monthly billable service hours, defined as completed, documented, and reimbursable services. Incentive tiers are as follows:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> 80–99 billable hours/month: $300 </li>
<li> 100–119 billable hours/month: $600 </li>
<li> 120+ billable hours/month: $1,000 </li>
</ul><div>Incentives will be paid in the following pay cycle and are contingent upon claim approval and accurate documentation.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Onboarding Incentive</strong></div><div>Contractor is eligible for a $1,000 onboarding incentive, contingent upon completion of billable services, distributed as follows:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> $500 upon completion of 30 billable hours </li>
<li> $500 upon completion of 60 billable hours </li>
</ul><div>Billable hours must be completed, documented, and reimbursable. If Contractor discontinues services prior to meeting the required thresholds, any unpaid incentive amounts will be forfeited.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Service Model</strong></div><ul>
<li> All services are delivered <strong>remotely via telehealth</strong>
</li>
<li> Contractor will provide clinical services to clients, caregivers, and staff through virtual platforms </li>
<li> Sessions may include direct supervision, caregiver training, assessments, and team collaboration conducted remotely </li>
</ul><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li> Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, reassessments) via telehealth </li>
<li> Develop and update individualized treatment plans </li>
<li> Provide supervision and protocol modification (97155) remotely </li>
<li> Conduct caregiver training (97156) via telehealth </li>
<li> Collaborate with families, BTs, RBTs, and other stakeholders virtually </li>
<li> Review data and ensure treatment integrity and progress </li>
<li> Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer requirements </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li> Current BCBA certification in good standing </li>
<li> Active state licensure (or ability to obtain) </li>
<li> Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related disorders </li>
<li> Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills </li>
<li> Ability to work independently as a contractor </li>
<li> Comfortable delivering services via telehealth platforms </li>
