<strong>Position Overview</strong><br>We are seeking a motivated and reliable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This position offers a flexible, hybrid service model combining remote and in-person clinical responsibilities.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Compensation<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>$75.00/hour</strong> for Remote Services </li>
<li>
<strong>$90.00/hour</strong> for In-Person Services </li>
</ul><div>In-person services are compensated at a higher rate to account for the Contractor’s responsibility for transportation, travel time, and all related expenses. The Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with travel and service delivery.<br><br><strong>Productivity Incentive</strong>
</div><div>Contractor may be eligible for additional compensation based on monthly billable service hours, defined as completed, documented, and reimbursable services. Incentive tiers are as follows:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> 80–99 billable hours/month: $300 </li>
<li> 100–119 billable hours/month: $600 </li>
<li> 120+ billable hours/month: $1,000 </li>
</ul><div>Incentives will be paid in the following pay cycle and are contingent upon claim approval and accurate documentation.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Onboarding Incentive</strong></div><div>Contractor is eligible for a $1,000 onboarding incentive, contingent upon completion of billable services, distributed as follows:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> $500 upon completion of 30 billable hours </li>
<li> $500 upon completion of 60 billable hours </li>
</ul><div>Billable hours must be completed, documented, and reimbursable. If Contractor discontinues services prior to meeting the required thresholds, any unpaid incentive amounts will be forfeited.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Service Model<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Contractor agrees to provide a mix of remote and in-person services as clinically appropriate and mutually agreed upon. </li>
<li> Services may be delivered in home, school, or community settings, in addition to telehealth. </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, reassessments) </li>
<li> Develop and update individualized treatment plans </li>
<li> Provide supervision and protocol modification (97155) </li>
<li> Conduct caregiver training (97156) </li>
<li> Collaborate with families, BTs, RBTs, and other stakeholders </li>
<li> Review data and ensure treatment integrity and progress </li>
<li> Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer requirements </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Current BCBA certification in good standing </li>
<li> Active state licensure (or ability to obtain) </li>
<li> Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related disorders </li>
<li> Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills </li>
<li> Ability to work independently as a contractor </li>
</ul><div>
