Role Description The Chartered Financial Planner (CA Junior) at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting clients and internal stakeholders with tailored financial planning, including personal and retirement planning aligned with their long-term safety, compliance, and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial plans and reports, assisting in cash flow and investment analysis, and collaborating with senior consultants on client advisory projects. The CA Junior will participate in client meetings, help identify financial risks and opportunities, and contribute to the development of strategies that optimize financial health and sustainability. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to professional and regulatory standards, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and overall Finance to analyze data and develop sound advisory recommendations.
- Candidates should possess solid Personal Financial Planning skills to support individuals and client representatives in achieving their financial goals.
- Candidates should possess expertise related to Certified Financial Planner standards and practices, including ethical and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess Retirement Planning capabilities to design and evaluate long-term strategies for sustainable income and risk management.
- Relevant professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate effectively in teams, and manage multiple assignments with attention to detail.
