Strategic Hiring | Senior Business Development Leader – Corporate Advisory & Debt Syndication
We are looking to engage with a seasoned dealmaker who operates at the intersection of capital, relationships, and execution.
This is not a conventional business development role.
It is a frontline revenue leadership mandate for someone who can originate, structure, and close complex funding transactions, while building long-term strategic client relationships.
💼 The Mandate:
- Drive origination and closure of large-ticket debt transactions (₹25 Cr – ₹500+ Cr)
- Engage directly with promoters, promoters’ offices, and CXO leadership
- Leverage deep relationships across Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, and Credit Funds
- Lead transactions end-to-end — from opportunity identification to financial closure
- Build a high-quality, proprietary deal pipeline across sectors
🎯 The Profile:
- 8–15 years in Debt Syndication / Corporate Banking / Structured Finance / Advisory
- Established credibility and strong relationship capital in the ecosystem
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value transactions
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to structure and negotiate effectively
- A self-driven professional with a high ownership and outcome orientation
