Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Chartered Accountant - Manager role based in Kolkata. The role involves managing financial statements, overseeing journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supervising the maintenance of fixed asset records. The candidate will also analyze financial data, deliver accurate financial reports, and provide strategic insights to drive financial performance and decision-making. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to address financial needs and challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial trends and data
- Comprehensive knowledge of journal entries, accounting standards, and principles
- Practical experience in finance and managing fixed asset records
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively
- CA certification is required
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the financial or accounting sector is preferred
