Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Gurgaon for a Chartered Accountant Industrial Trainee. The trainee will be responsible for assisting in financial analysis, compliance, financial reporting, and supporting investment-related activities. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, preparation of periodic reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations while gaining hands-on exposure to private credit and fund management operations.
Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Candidates must be pursuing CA and completing their Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
- Experience or knowledge in private equity, fund management, or financial services is a plus
