Looking for a Chartered Accountant - Sr Manager OR Head of Finance & Accounts (MUMBAI)
COMPANY - Media Production House
NOTE - CANDIDATE SHOULD BE FROM MUMBAI LOCATION ONLY
LOCATION - Andheri West (Mumbai)
SHIFT TIMING - 10am to 6:30pm
WEEK OFF - Saturday & Sunday
CTC OFFERED - 24 LPA
EXPERIENCE: 4+ Years in Finance and accounts profile post CA qualification.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensuring daily accounting work including release of Vendor payments, staff salaries, office routines, Stamp Duty Payments, etc. is carried on timely basis.
2. Reviewing and commenting on legal agreements from finance and taxation perspective.
3. Ensuring required Communication is carried in respect to agreements and finance.
4. Reviewing and approving weekly payment files.
5. Managing the payment collection file and ensuring timely payments are received from respective Brands and production houses.
6. Ensuring legal agreements are timely executed and signed agreements are archived.
7. Ensuring preparation of Monthly Reports and Profit and loss with Management team on monthly basis.
8. Managing the preparation & sharing of Cash flow reports and ensuring same are shared with their respective office.
9. Preparation of Annual Projection file & sharing the updated file in every quarter.
10. Providing the required support required during the Internal & Statutory audit for smooth conduct of audits related to Brand Partnership.
11. Resolving routine queries and training the subordinates wherever required.
12. Keep self-update on tax laws, commercial practices and accounting practice
13. Participating in discussions on sweat equity deals and carrying out basic due diligence.
