Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Fresher to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives, including demerger-related activities and increased regulatory requirements for a newly listed entity.
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Data preparation and analysis for financial reporting purposes
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and compliance requirements
- Assist in the demerger of CVL, including documentation and coordination
- Manage additional compliance requirements arising from the demerger of CVL
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Must-Have Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting & accounting standards
- Basic knowledge of RBI regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and deadline orientation
