Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant - Finance & Accounts, based in Navi Mumbai. The role includes managing financial reporting, preparing financial forecasts, overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Chartered Accountant will also be responsible for budgeting, cost analysis, and developing strategic financial plans to support the organization’s growth. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations is a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Taxation
- Experience in Audit Processes, Compliance Management, and Internal Controls
- Proficiency in Accounting Standards, Financial Modeling, and Cost Analysis
- Familiarity with Corporate Financial Strategies and Risk Management
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required
- Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
