Role Overview
The Management Trainee – Finance & Accounts will support day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes, and statutory compliance. The role provides hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, and financial reporting within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledger entries, and financial records
- Ensure timely GST and TDS filings and regulatory compliance
2. Financial Operations
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
- Assist in income tax return (ITR) filing and audit preparation
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Support financial reporting and data analysis
- Identify discrepancies and perform reconciliations
4. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Contribute to automation and system enhancement initiatives
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- CA Fresher or CA Finalist (Articleship completed)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Compensation & Growth
During Training (4 Months):
- ₹25,000 per month (CA Qualified)
- ₹15,000 per month (CA Finalist)
- Performance-based incentives
Post Training (Based on Performance):
Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts (CA Qualified)
- CTC: INR 13.5 LPA ( INR 7.5 LPA in Salary + INR 6 L ESOPs)
- 60% Fixed and 40% Variable paid quarterly,
- ESOPs of INR 24 Lakhs with 4-year vesting
Junior Manager – Finance & Accounts (CA Finalist)
- CTC: ₹8 LPA (₹5 LPA in Salary + ₹3L ESOPs)
- 60% Fixed and 40% Variable paid quarterly
- ESOPs of INR 12 Lakhs with 4-year vesting
