Village Level Entrepreneurs (Peer Partners) through strong supply chain and digital
technology.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead the overall finance function at
Gramik. The role includes
financial strategy, compliance, MIS, working capital
management, and fundraising support. The candidate will work closely with founders to
build a strong financial foundation for growth and investment readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall finance and accounts function
- Prepare financial models, projections, and investor reports
- Support fundraising activities and due diligence
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC
- Finalize Balance Sheet, P&L, and audit coordination
- Develop MIS dashboards for sales, margins, and performance tracking
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, inventory cycles
- Implement financial processes and controls across business verticals
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 5–12 years experience in finance role
- Experience in startup / FMCG / agri-input / distribution business preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills
