Requirements:- CA with 2–3 years experience (preferably from a CA firm/consulting set up).
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and compliance.
- Team Management and multitasking across client accounts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Review Business Support Services engagements and overseeing client delivery in terms of outsourced accounting functions, MIS Reporting, statutory and tax compliance, payroll and audit support.
- Manage client relationships and ensure service quality.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.
