Role Description
This is a full-time Chartered Accountant role based on-site in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing compliance with taxation and regulatory frameworks such as GST and direct tax, and providing financial planning and budgeting support. The role also involves overseeing internal controls, conducting financial audits, and advising on cost strategies, fundraising, and financial transformation initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting, risk management, and compliance standards will be a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance (GST, Direct Tax, FEMA, SEBI, MCA).
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
- Skills in cost analysis, margin review, and business process reengineering to enhance efficiency.
- Expertise in governance, internal control assessments, and audit preparedness.
- Proficiency in using cloud bookkeeping tools, ERP systems, and real-time financial dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and liaising with advisors, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Chartered Accountant certification is required.
- Relevant professional experience, preferably in virtual CFO services or management consulting, is a plus.
