Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Hyderabad. The Chartered Accountant will manage and oversee financial audits, lead tax compliance and advisory services, handle statutory and regulatory reporting, and manage financial due diligence. The role also involves offering strategic financial advice, supporting NGOs and startups with compliance, and addressing complex financial and regulatory challenges in line with Indian and international frameworks. Collaboration with clients and colleagues to deliver timely and accurate financial insights is key.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Audit & Assurance, including statutory, internal, and forensic audits
- Proficiency in Taxation Advisory covering direct and indirect taxation, compliance, and planning
- Experience with financial due diligence, IND-AS, and international financial advisory
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks like FEMA, company law compliance, and CSR requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client handling and collaboration
- CA certification is mandatory; additional certifications related to financial consultancy or taxation are a plus
- Experience working with NGOs, startups, or cross-border clients is an advantage
